How do I become a wholesale partner?

Do you have order minimums?

We have a first time wholesale order minimum of $150 with no minimum on subsequent orders. 

Our textile minimum is 12 pieces of any product. You are welcome to mix and match size and color within any particular product to hit the 12 piece minimum. For example, you can mix onesies of any size and design as long as you order 12 onesies total. 

How do I place an order?

You can set up a wholesale account on our website. Just email and we will get you set up with a wholesale account. This order method will require a credit card payment to place the order. 

You are also welcome to place orders directly via email. You can pay via credit card through the link on an online invoice or you can mail us a check. We require prepayment for first time orders.

What information do you need from me?

Name, phone number, email address, shipping and billing address, and state Tax ID Number.

What about shipping?

We ship via USPS with shipping included on your invoice. 

FREE shipping on wholesale orders over $500
For orders 300.01– $500.00, shipping is $5.00
For orders $150.00 - $300.00, shipping is $10.00

What if I’m local?

If you are located in the St. Louis area we are happy to coordinate pick-up or drop-off to avoid shipping fees. 

How long until I get my order?

This depends on your order size! As soon as you place an order we will be in touch with when you can expect to receive it. We often have enough stock to ship out small orders within a few days. If you place a bulk order (more than 10 of any item) we may need extra time to get this order made for you depending on the season. In this case, please allow 2-3 weeks for our artisans to craft your products. Concerned about a timeline? Just reach out! We are happy to check our inventory for you and will do our best to get you your products when you need them. 

What if I don’t like my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, jewelry may be returned up to 7 days after purchase for exchange or credit. Shipping on returned/exchanged items is to be paid by the customer and must be sent back with tracking. Any returned jewelry should be unworn and in its original condition. Forai is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Which metals do you use/is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our gold necklaces are made using 14k gold fill chain and findings,
and hammered brass. Our silver necklaces are made using sterling silver chain, hammered silver filled wire, and silver-filled findings. Our Gold and Silver Lariats are made using silver-plated or gold color silver-plated chain, findings, and wire wrap. 

Our Teardrop Earrings are made with kidney ear wires in silver-plated  or gold-plated stainless steel over base metal which is nickel compliant according to EU Nickel Directive. All other earrings are made from hammered brass or silver and use fishhook ear wires which are 14k gold filled or sterling silver filled.

Our bangles are made from hammered brass or silver.
