Monday - Thursday, 9 AM-3 PM. Must be placed by noon on Thursday so there is time to prepare your order.

Exchanges & returns will not refund shipping costs. Jewelry MUST be shipped in a padded envelope. Forai is not responsible for jewelry damaged if improperly packed for return/exchange.

Exchanges may incur additional charges due to differences in price or labor costs.

Only regularly-priced items may be refunded. Forai gift cards and clearance items cannot be refunded.
